I give my consent to the individual entrepreneur Anna V. Belyakova (hereinafter - the Company) to process all my personal data, specified by me when placing an order, by any means, including third parties, including reproduction, electronic copying, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the above processing of my other personal data obtained as a result of their processing, for any purpose, directly or indirectly related to the offer of other products of the Company, and sending me information about new products and services.

This consent is given for a period of 5 years, and in case of its revocation, the processing of my personal data shall be terminated by the Company and/or third parties and the data shall be destroyed subject to termination of the Agreement, but in any case not later than 1 (one) year from the date of termination of the Agreement.

I give my consent to receive advertising, mailings, including via mobile radio telephony network, from the Company, its counterparties and affiliates.
