Offer form
This Offer form is an invitation addressed to an indefinite circle of persons of the individual entrepreneur Anna V. Belyakova TIN 344344371283 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to make an Order and conclude a contract of sale of Goods in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Terms and definitions

2. General Provisions

2.4 The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods, including information about the main consumer properties of the Goods, place of manufacture, as well as information about the warranty period and shelf life of the Goods over the Website.

3. Price of the Goods

3.2 The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for any item of the Goods.
3.3 The Seller is not allowed to change the price of the Goods paid by the Buyer.
3.4 The Seller indicates the cost and terms of delivery of the Goods on the Website.
3.5 The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment the money is credited to the Seller's account.
3.6 Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods shall be made by the methods specified on the Website.

4. Ordering
4.1 The order of the Goods shall be placed by the Buyer over the Website.
4.2 The name, quantity, assortment, article, article number, price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's shopping cart.
4.3 The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer placing the Order.
4.4 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer placing the Order.
4.5 The Distance Selling Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Seller issues to the Buyer a sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.
4.2 The name, quantity, assortment, article, article number, price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's shopping cart.

5. Delivery and handover of goods
5.1 The Seller shall provide the Buyer with the Goods delivery services in one of the ways specified on the Website.
5.2 If the Contract of Sale of Goods is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the term established by the Contract.
5.3 The Buyer specifies the place of delivery of the Goods when placing the Order.
5.5 The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer - to any person presenting a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or execution of the Goods delivery.
5.7 Information about the Goods shall be brought to the Buyer's attention in the technical documentation attached to the Goods, on labels, by marking or in any other way accepted for certain types of goods.
5.8 Information on mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Goods shall be provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation and shall include information on the number of the document confirming such conformity, its validity period and the organization that issued it.
5.2 If the Contract of Sale of Goods is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the term established by the Contract.
5.3 The Buyer specifies the place of delivery of the Goods when placing the Order.
5.5 The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer - to any person presenting a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or execution of the Goods delivery.

6. Processing of personal data
6.1. The Buyer gives his consent to the Seller to process all of his personal data specified at the checkout in any way, including by third parties, including reproduction, electronic copying, anonymization, blocking, destruction, as well as the above processing of other personal data of the Buyer obtained as a result of their processing, for any purposes directly or indirectly related to the offer of other products of the Seller, and sending the Buyer information about new products and services of the Seller and/or its contractors.
6.2. This consent is given for a period of 5 years, and in the event of its revocation, the processing of personal data must be stopped by the Seller and/or third parties, and the data must be destroyed upon termination of the Agreement, but in any case no later than 1 (one) year from the date of termination of the Agreement.
6.3. The Buyer agrees to receive advertising and mailings, including those sent via mobile phone networks, from the Seller.
6.2.
